Flovi Bookings (“the App”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal data. This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, and protected when you use the Flovi Bookings mobile application.

Information We Collect

Flovi Bookings does not require account creation or user registration.

The app may store the following information locally on your device and securely in iCloud, if iCloud is enabled:

  • Client names and appointment details entered by the user
  • Appointment dates and scheduling information
  • Income and service-related data entered by the user

This data is created and controlled entirely by the user.

iCloud Synchronization

Flovi Bookings uses Apple iCloud to synchronize your data across your personal devices.

  • Data is stored in your private iCloud container
  • Only you can access this data
  • Apple manages encryption and security
  • Flovi Bookings does not have access to your iCloud content

You may disable iCloud at any time from your device settings.

In-App Purchases and Subscriptions

Flovi Bookings offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions through Apple’s In-App Purchase system.

  • Payments are processed securely by Apple
  • Flovi Bookings does not collect or store payment details
  • Subscription status is handled via Apple StoreKit
  • Purchase history and billing information are managed entirely by Apple

Data Usage

The data stored in the app is used only to:

  • Provide app functionality
  • Display appointments, clients, and income information
  • Sync your data across your devices via iCloud

Your data is never sold, shared, or used for advertising purposes.

Third-Party Services

Flovi Bookings uses the following Apple services:

  • Apple iCloud (data synchronization)
  • Apple StoreKit (in-app subscriptions)

No third-party analytics, advertising SDKs, or tracking services are used.

Data Retention

  • Your data remains on your device and iCloud until you delete it
  • Deleting the app removes local data
  • iCloud data can be managed or deleted via Apple ID settings

Children’s Privacy

Flovi Bookings is not specifically directed at children, but it does not contain content inappropriate for minors.

The app does not knowingly collect personal data from children.

Your Rights

You have full control over your data:

  • Add, edit, or delete data within the app
  • Disable iCloud synchronization at any time
  • Remove the app to delete local data
